- You need of onion, sliced thin.
- Prepare of garlic cloves, minced.
- You need of vegetable oil.
- You need of diced eggplant.
- You need of small zucchini, diced.

- In a saucepan cook onion, garlic and oil over medium low heat, stirring occasionally till pink and soft.
